Each product is personally inspected by our team before being packaged and delivered to you.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All childrenswear products are subject to availability. You will be notified the acceptance of your order by e-mail. If any of the item(s) you ordered are not in-stock, such item(s) will be automatically cancelled from your order and you will be notified if the item you ordered is not available. Once your order is confirmed and ready for shipment, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with the shipment tracking number.
All made-to-order product are individual production orders and therefore cost may vary between size.
We will do our best to make sure the item is in-stock but if a product is not available due to production limits or is discontinued, you can request a made-to-order in writing to sales@evijo.co.uk, additional production fees may apply.
Custom made orders are also available to be made to your individual design specification and measurements, additional production fees may apply. Please contact sales@evijo.co.uk
Pre-order purchases will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. You will receive an email with the tracking details as soon as your pre-ordered piece has been shipped. Please note that when purchasing a pre-order product, any items from our current collection in your shopping cart won’t be shipped until the pre-order is ready to be sent. If you’d prefer to receive any current product sooner, please place a separate order. If you have any queries about the delivery date for a specific product, please contact sales@evijo.co.uk
PAYMENT
The prices displayed on our website are in the pound sterling (symbol £; GBP), currency of the United Kingdom. The prices are subject to change in accordance to the applicable currency exchange rate at the time of your order. We are not responsible for the invoice of any additional cost of applicable taxes, custom duties, and shipping and handling charges made to you outside of the United Kingdom. It is important to understand the implications of Brexit. We strongly advise you check custom and duty charges of your destination country in the EU before placing your order.
SHIPPING & DELAYS
Please note, orders placed after 12pm on Fridays or over the weekend (Saturdays or Sundays) will be processed the following Monday. Order placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next business work day. Product item(s) ship within 5 to 10 business working days. Luxury made-to-order products may take an additional 2 to 10 business working days due to the custom order of the textile or print design. Custom made orders may take an additional 28+ business working days. You will be informed by email if additional time is required for made-to-order or custom made orders due to availability of materials or design and detail of craftsmanship. Any product item(s) due to ship 14 business working days or more that are not made-to-order or custom made will be considered a ‘delay.’ You will be notified by e-mail with the option to cancel the order.
Shipping delivery takes an additional estimated 2-5 working days in the United Kingdom and estimated 5-14 working days outside the United Kingdom, depending on destination.
We are not liable for any shipping delays to your order caused by the courier or shipping companies or if delays are caused by your payment not being authorised by your debit or credit card company.
If there is a delay to your order caused by availability we will notify you by e-mail. If you do not accept the new delivery date you may request a cancellation in writing to sales@evijo.co.uk within 3 business working days of notification.
Delivery does not include the weekend (Saturdays & Sundays) or Bank Holidays.
You can check the status of your order by tracking your package through the courier or shipping companies. Your shipment tracking number will have been sent in your confirmation e-mail.
CANCELLATIONS
Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you would like to cancel your order you must do so in writing to sales@evijo.co.uk within 7 working days of the date of the shipment. You can apply for a full refund under the returns policy.
No claims for sampling are accepted after samples have been cut and shipped.
All made-to-order products are individual production orders and are therefore non-refundable.
All custom made orders are cut and made to individual specification and are therefore non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY
We apologize if the product did not meet your expectations. We would appreciate your feedback in writing to sales@evijo.co.uk
You can apply for a full refund or exchange in writing within 7 working days of the date of the shipment. Please include your ‘Order number’ in the subject line of the e-mail. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a ‘Reference number.’ Please enclose a copy of the e-mail return confirmation with the ‘Reference number’ in your return package or your return will not be granted. Return shipping costs of orders placed in the United Kingdom are not reimbursed.
For orders or returns made outside the United Kingdom, you are solely responsible for the cost of all taxes, custom duties, and shipping and handling charges that your return incurs outside the United Kingdom.
After we receive your refund request, returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item(s) is received back within 7 working days for United Kingdom orders or 14 working days for International orders. You will receive e-mail notification once the return package is received. Late returns received after 7 working days for the United Kingdom and after 14 working days for International orders, may only be refunded for store credit. We only accept returns or exchanges received up to 30 days from the date the order was placed.
Exchanges can only be made for the existing price of the item being exchanged. If you would like to exchange for an item of higher value, the difference (plus the cost of all taxes, custom duties, and shipping and handling charges that your exchange incurs outside the United Kingdom) will be charged to you. After your return is received it will be inspected by our Quality Care team, which personally inspects each product before it is delivered to you.
We only accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused or do not show signs of damages or ‘wear and tear.’
Goods must be returned unused, in the good quality condition as it was received, and with all hang tags and/or labels attached and in place. If the product appears to be changed, used or damaged in any way, the item will be returned to you and the refund will not be granted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale priced items.
Gift returns may only be returned for store credit for the existing sale price on the website.
All made-to-order products are are individual production orders and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
All custom made orders are cut and made to your individual specification and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
REFUND
If your return is accepted as a refund, we will credit you via bank transfer in the amount equal to the purchase price charged to you.
Any additional cost of taxes, custom duties, and shipping and handling charges applied for orders made outside the United Kingdom are not refunded.

We collect and store any information you enter on our website such as your name, address, email address, phone number, payment details and purchase history. This information may be obtained when you submit a contact form, purchase an item on our site or it is collected automatically through monitory tools. Your personal information will be used to provide and operate the services to fulfil your order.
We collect site visitors’ personal information to provide users with assistance and support, to contact users with general or personalised service, and for promotional messages or marketing campaigns. The information may also be used to measure statistical data to provide and improve our services and to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
We may communicate with you using personal information collected on our website to notify you of your order, to collect fees or balance owed, to send company updates, to resolve a dispute or answer any enquiries, or as necessary to contact you to comply with any agreement we may have with you under our terms or applicable laws. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, phone, text and/or post.
We reserve the right to update our terms and the privacy policy at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify changes under the ‘privacy policy’ on the website that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
